At Chocolate Occasions we are renowned for and pride ourselves on the outstanding and unique presentation of our fountains and food. With all options we supply trained, uniformed staff who will be present to assist your guests, keep the chocolate flowing and keep the display looking beautiful.

There are various hire options available and we can tailor make a package to suit your personal requirements. However, the most popular options are shown below.

Option One
Basic Hire for up to 100 guests:

• Hire of Chocolate Fountain
• Supply of Belgian Chocolate
• Two tier LED lightbase to light up the fountain
• One uniformed attendant
• Circular table, linen and skewers 
• Up to two hours flow time
• Delivery, set up and clearance of machine

Price without dips - £295
With this option you supply your own dips, napkins, paper plates.

Option Two 
Deluxe Hire

• Hire of Chocolate Fountain
• Supply of Belgian Chocolate
• A selection of up to 20 different dipping foods to choose from including strawberries, profiteroles, mini cakes and much more!
• Two tier LED lightbase to light up the fountain creating a stunning display
• Uniformed attendants to assist your guests
• Skewers, napkins and paper plates
• Circular table and linen
• Delivery, set up and clearance of machine
• Up to three hours flow time 
• Edible glitter dusted on dipping foods to add a magical sparkle
• Fresh flowers scattered on table to match your colour scheme

With the Deluxe option everything is taken care of for you. We will supply and prepare the fresh fruit and delicacies, dust the food with magical edible glitter and continue to prepare and replenish the dips for your guests throughout the evening leaving you completely free to relax and enjoy your event.


We offer an 'Off Peak' discount for bookings between October and April, excluding December. We also offer discounts for mid week bookings.

Having a smaller Wedding or Function with less than 100 guests?   Then our new 19 inch Twin or Triple Packages could be just what you are looking for.

Option Three for less than 100 guests 

• Hire of two or three 19 inch fountains
• A different flavour Belgian Chocolate in each fountain e.g Milk, White and Plain
• A selection of six different dips  
• LED lightbases to light the fountains up
• Uniformed member of staff to assist your guests
• Napkins, skewers and paper plates
• Up to two hours flow time
• Fresh flowers scattered on table in colour of your choice
• Edible glitter sprinkled on dipping food to add a magical sparkle
